Privacy Policy
For the mobile game Sticky Paws (com.stickypaws.game), published by SENTRIO.
Effective date: October 22, 2026
1. Summary
The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no registration, and it has no server of its own. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not receive, store or sell any personal data. Your progress stays on your device.
The game is free and is supported by advertising from Google AdMob. It sells nothing: there are no in-app purchases. Data about you leaves your device only through Google AdMob (section 2) and the game testing and ad measurement partners in section 4, as described below; apart from that, the game only downloads an anonymous ad settings file (section 3).
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Full-screen ads are shown only between levels, after you finish a level and tap Next — never while you are playing a level, never in the first levels and never when the game starts. Separately, the Hint and Skip buttons can play a short reward video that unlocks them for the current level; a video plays only if you tap one of these buttons, and when no video is available they are free. Playing and retrying levels never requires watching an ad.
To show and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the game collects and sends to Google:
- your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by Google Play services, not tied to your name) and an app-specific identifier;
- device information such as model, operating system version, language, screen size and network type;
- your IP address, which Google uses to estimate a coarse location (such as country or city) — the game never requests GPS or precise location;
- ad interactions, such as which ads were shown, whether they were tapped or completed, and app launch events;
- diagnostic information about how the app and the ad SDK perform, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use.
Google uses this data to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, produce analytics for us in aggregate form (for example, how many ads were shown), and detect fraud and abuse. Google may also share it with advertising partners through its ad auction. Google is responsible for this data under its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Personalised ads only with consent. Where the law requires consent — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the game shows Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested, and ads are personalised only if you agree. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use the data above only for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention. Where this choice is required, the Ad choices button behind the privacy (shield) button on the game's main menu lets you review or change it at any time.
You can also control ads from your device and Google account: on Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID — deleting it stops ads being personalised; it does not remove ads — and review your ad preferences in Google's ad settings (My Ad Center).
When your device is offline, no ads are requested and nothing in the game is blocked.
3. Ad Settings File
When the game starts, it downloads a small settings file from www.sentrio.ge that tells it whether ads are switched on and how often they may appear, so we can change this without an app update. The request contains no identifier, progress or other information about you. Like every web request it reveals your IP address to the website's hosting provider, which may keep it briefly in standard server logs; we do not use these logs to identify anyone.
4. Analytics, Game Testing and Ad Measurement Partners
To understand how the game is played, to test it with new players and to measure the ads that promote it, the game also uses the following services:
- Google Analytics for Firebase — our own statistics: screens opened, levels started, won or lost (and what caught the raccoon), time per level, use of hints and skips, and session length, with general device information and an app-instance identifier;
- GameAnalytics — records play sessions and level progress (level started, completed, or failed, and the stars earned) with general device information, against a random identifier and the advertising identifier;
- Adjust — tells which ad campaign, if any, led to an install, using the advertising identifier, the Google Play install referrer, IP address, and device information;
- Meta (Facebook) SDK — reports app installs and launches to Meta so that ads for the game on Facebook and Instagram can be measured.
In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland these services store and use identifiers only if you accept in the consent form (Google Analytics otherwise sends only anonymous, cookieless measurements), and you can change that choice at any time with Ad choices behind the privacy (shield) button on the main menu. Our publishing partner Voodoo looks at the results through these services' dashboards to evaluate the game; Voodoo itself does not collect personal data from the game.
5. Game Progress and Settings
Your progress — levels unlocked, stars and the loot you have collected — and your sound setting are stored only on your own device so you can continue where you left off. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Apart from what Google AdMob and the partners in section 4 collect as described above, no usage data leaves your device.
6. Permissions
- Internet and network state — used to load and show ads, to read the ad settings file (section 3), and by the partners in section 4. The levels themselves work fully offline.
- Advertising ID — lets the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the partners in section 4 read the advertising ID described in section 2. These SDKs also declare a few permissions for their own background work, such as reading the Google Play install referrer.
- Vibrate — a short buzz when the raccoon is caught.
The game does not access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not receive personal information from anyone; the data described above is collected by Google and the partners in section 4. If you believe a child under 13 is using the game and has been shown personalised ads, contact us at the address below and we will help.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side, and no account to close. Your choices:
- Game data: uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android settings (Settings → Apps → Sticky Paws → Storage → Clear data), permanently deletes your progress and settings. We have no way to restore them.
- Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID as described in section 2, and manage or delete your Google activity in your Google account. Google retains ad data according to its own policies.
- Partner data: see section 9.
9. Request User Data Deletion
SENTRIO and its partners collect data to provide the game, and to run analytics so we understand how players use it and can keep improving it. The partners we share data with are GameAnalytics, Meta (Facebook), Adjust, Google (AdMob and Firebase), and Voodoo.
To delete data collected by SENTRIO, write to grigolsamkharadze@gmail.com. The partners below act as independent data controllers; to ask them to delete data they may have collected about you or your device:
- GameAnalytics — privacy@gameanalytics.com, privacy policy;
- Meta (Facebook) — no email, see the privacy policy;
- Adjust — privacy@adjust.com, privacy policy;
- Google — see the privacy policy and your advertising ID settings described in section 2;
- Voodoo — dpo@voodoo.io. Voodoo does not collect personal data from the game; you can ask Voodoo to delete its access to the partners' dashboards.
10. Security
Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the partners in section 4 is encrypted in transit. Your game progress never leaves your device.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live — including under GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, and under US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because the game holds no account and we receive no personal data, the most direct controls are the consent and advertising ID settings in section 2 and uninstalling the app. For anything further, write to us and we will help you reach Google where needed.
12. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the game changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy or about your data can be sent to grigolsamkharadze@gmail.com.
