Privacy Policy
For the mobile game Orbit Twist (com.orbittwist.game), published by SENTRIO.
Effective date: October 8, 2026
1. Summary
The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no registration, and it has no server of its own. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not receive, store or sell any personal data. Your progress stays on your device.
The game is free and is supported by advertising from Google AdMob. It also offers one optional purchase, “Remove Ads”, sold through Google Play. These two Google services are the only parts of the game that send data off your device, as described below.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Full-screen ads are shown only between levels, after you finish a level and continue — never while you are solving a puzzle and never when the game starts. Separately, the game offers optional reward videos (for example, to double the stardust earned on a level or to get an extra Meteor booster); these play only if you tap to watch one. Undo, Hint and Restart are always free and never require an ad.
To show and measure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the game collects and sends to Google:
- your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by Google Play services, not tied to your name) and an app-specific identifier;
- device information such as model, operating system version, language, screen size and network type;
- your IP address, which Google uses to estimate a coarse location (such as country or city) — the game never requests GPS or precise location;
- ad interactions, such as which ads were shown, whether they were tapped or completed, and app launch events;
- diagnostic information about how the app and the ad SDK perform, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use.
Google uses this data to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, produce analytics for us in aggregate form (for example, how many ads were shown), and detect fraud and abuse. Google may also share it with advertising partners through its ad auction. Google is responsible for this data under its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Personalised ads only with consent. Where the law requires consent — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the game shows Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested, and ads are personalised only if you agree. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use the data above only for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention. Where this choice is required, a privacy choices option in the game's settings lets you review or change it at any time.
You can also control ads from your device and Google account: on Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID — deleting it stops ads being personalised; it does not remove ads — and review your ad preferences in Google's ad settings (My Ad Center).
When your device is offline, no ads are requested and nothing in the game is blocked.
3. The “Remove Ads” Purchase (Google Play Billing)
“Remove Ads” is an optional one-time purchase that turns off the between-level ads; optional reward videos stay available if you want them. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or receive your name, card number or any other payment details. The game only asks Google Play, on your device, whether this item has been bought, so that it can stop showing ads and restore the purchase after a reinstall. Google's handling of purchase data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play terms.
4. Game Progress and Settings
Your progress — levels completed, stars, stardust, boosters, daily rewards — and your settings (sound, music, vibration) are stored only on your own device so you can continue where you left off. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. The game contains no analytics or tracking tools of its own; apart from what Google AdMob and Google Play collect as described above, no usage data leaves your device.
5. Permissions
- Internet and network state — used only to load and show ads and to talk to Google Play for the optional purchase. The puzzles themselves work fully offline.
- Advertising ID — lets the Google Mobile Ads SDK read the advertising ID described in section 2.
- Google Play billing — needed for the optional “Remove Ads” purchase.
- Vibrate — for short haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off in the game's settings.
The game does not access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.
6. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not receive personal information from anyone; the advertising data described above is collected by Google. If you believe a child under 13 is using the game and has been shown personalised ads, contact us at the address below and we will help.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side, and no account to close. Your choices:
- Game data: uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android settings (Settings → Apps → Orbit Twist → Storage → Clear data), permanently deletes your progress and settings. We have no way to restore them. A “Remove Ads” purchase is kept by Google Play and is restored when you reinstall with the same Google account.
- Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID as described in section 2, and manage or delete your Google activity in your Google account. Google retains ad data according to its own policies.
8. Security
Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google Play is encrypted in transit. Your game progress never leaves your device.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live — including under GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, and under US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because the game holds no account and we receive no personal data, the most direct controls are the consent and advertising ID settings in section 2 and uninstalling the app. For anything further, write to us and we will help you reach Google where needed.
10. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the game changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy or about your data can be sent to grigolsamkharadze@gmail.com.
